💸 Return & Refund Policy — Dar ul Jadood

At Dar ul Jadood, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather products.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
2. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

📦 Note: Items that are damaged, used, or altered after delivery cannot be returned. And customer will bare the delivery cost for the returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized leather goods
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact us at support@daruljadood.com with your order details and reason for return.
• Our support team will review your request and provide the return shipping instructions.
• Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider first — sometimes it may take additional time for processing.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only if the item received is damaged or defective.
• You must report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
• Once verified, a replacement item will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
